David has practised in employment and industrial relations law since 1993. Prior to establishing Morris Legal, David was a partner with Phillips Fox and Hunt & Hunt, leading their Employment Law and Industrial Relations groups.
David practises in all areas of employment and industrial relations law and has acted for companies (listed and private), partnerships, government bodies and senior executives.
David has specialist knowledge of the health sector as a result of over 15 years’ experience in acting for medical practitioners in the public and private health care systems.
David also has extensive experience in the recruitment and financial services industries.
